A one-on-one solution that focuses on developing key performers’ competencies that make impact on business. We provide this type of coaching for all organizational levels and in different areas. After consultancy projects’ reports are delivered, we conduct this workshop to measure level 3 & 4 of Kirk Patrick model, and/or for individual requests.
A One-on-One solution, it targets middle management and above. Its main objective is to develop coaching, leadership and management skills, in order to, improve teams’ performance and overcome business gaps.
